Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Season Twoo Basketball The Winners Overcome Obstacles

We are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences and products. Please review this policy carefully before registering for programs or making purchases:

Season Twoo reserves the right to adjust schedules, staff, and/or locations due to severe weather, insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances to protect the quality of our events. When applicable, program credits will be applied towards future Season Twoo Programs.

All registration payments for camps, clinics and training sessions are final. Each registration secures one participant’s spot for a specific program, and grants access to one scheduled session camp/clinic or event. Registrations may not be transferred, refunded or applied to another date or program unless expressly approved by Season Twoo Basketball.

Due to advanced operational costs and limited class capacity, refunds, credits and/or transfers will not be issued for participant cancellations, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, injury, travel issues, or personal or family emergencies. Registration without payment may result in restriction of participation in future Season Twoo Basketball programs.

If a refund is authorized, an Administrative Processing Fee (Service Reversal Fee) *may be deducted from the refund amount.

If Season Twoo cancels a camp, clinic, or training session due to severe weather, facility issues or any other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a program credit equivalent to the fees paid. Credits will be applicable toward future Season Twoo Basketball programs.

All purchases of apparel, merchandise, and stationery items are final. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team at support@seasontwoo.com within 3 days of delivery. Some products are fulfilled by third party vendors. For these items, exchanges or replacements may be offered based on product availability. Refunds will not be issued for third party fulfilled items unless otherwise justifiable.
