Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Season Twoo Basketball The Winners Overcome Obstacles, we are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences and products. Please review this policy carefully before registering for any program or making a purchase.

 

All registrations for camps, clinics, and training sessions are final. Each registration secures one participant’s spot for a specific program, date, and time and grants access to one scheduled session or program. Registrations may not be transferred, resold, or applied to another date or program unless expressly approved by Season Twoo.

 

Due to limited capacity and advanced operational costs, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for participant cancellations, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness or injury, travel issues, or personal or family emergencies. ​If any portion of a registration fee is not received by the program start date, Season Twoo may deny participation and prohibit future registration until the balance is paid in full.

If Season Twoo cancels a camp, clinic, or training session due to facility issues, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a program credit equivalent to the registration fee paid. Credits have no cash value, and must be used toward a future Season Twoo program.

 

Season Twoo reserves the right to adjust schedules, locations, or staff due to severe weather or unforeseen events. When feasible, program credits may be granted for changes on our end.

Refunds are not standard practice and will only be issued in cases where Season Twoo is unable to provide a purchased service or if required by applicable law. If a refund is authorized or legally required, a $35 Administrative Processing Fee (Service Reversal Fee) may be deducted from the refund amount.

All purchases of apparel, gear, merchandise, and stationery items are final sale. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at support@seasontwoo.com. Some apparel and merchandise items are produced or fulfilled by third-party vendors and are final sale. For these items, exchanges or replacements may be offered based on availability, and policies of the supplier. Refunds will not be issued for third party fulfilled items unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
